This policy sets out how HDM Exim prepares, documents and dispatches export shipments.
Production lead time
Production is typically scheduled within 7–10 days of order confirmation and receipt of the agreed advance. We confirm your production window in writing at the time of order.
Transit times
Sea-freight transit varies by destination — typically 6–9 days to the UAE, 10–15 days to Southeast Asia, 22–26 days to the UK, and 28–36 days to North America. Transit times are indicative and depend on the carrier schedule.
Packaging
Goods are packed in food-grade, moisture-proof packaging specified for the transit duration to your port. Bulk bags, jumbo FIBC bags, retail pouches and private-label packing are available.
Documentation
Standard shipments are accompanied by a Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading and Phytosanitary Certificate. Additional certificates for regulated markets can be arranged on request.
Incoterms and responsibility
Unless otherwise agreed, we quote FOB Nhava Sheva / JNPT. Under FOB terms, onward freight, insurance, destination clearance and duties are the buyer's responsibility.
Tracking
The bill of lading and carrier tracking reference are shared with you and your forwarder as soon as the container is loaded.
